Position of Self Employed Associate Podiatrist, Largs, Scotland, UK
StEPS Podiatry® is seeking a self employed associate HCPC Podiatrist to join our skilled team in Largs, North Ayrshire. The successful candidate will work as part of the team, as well as contributing to the overall development of StEPS Podiatry®. Our team focus on providing the highest level of customer service, as well as delivering clinically excellent Podiatry services. This position would suit a highly motivated individual who can deliver the most cutting edge, evidence based treatments in four key areas; musculoskeletal (MSK) medicine, diabetes, general podiatry and care of the elderly.

The successful candidate should be able to work as part of a team, show a willingness to push themselves out of their comfort zone, and to challenge the traditional paradigms of foot care to ensure the best clinical outcomes for patients. New graduates may be considered, but must demonstrate a sound understanding of MSK medicine, and be motivated to develop their own professional development at an accelerated rate. StEPS Podiatry® aims to facilitate the professional development of any member of the team who shows an exceptional work ethic and willingness to challenge themselves in order to learn and develop in an area that excites them. Applications from those with experience and / or an interest in computerised gait analysis, plantar pressure analysis and the prescription of functional foot orthoses are particularly welcome, as are those from candidates with an interest in audit and research. The position is for those seeking no less than 15 hours a week and must include weekend and / or evening clinics.

● Minimum 2:1 degree classification
